Las Vegas – Journal
Inchers of Style! 😊
During my trip, I wanted to make daily posts, but I was so amazed by Las Vegas that I couldn’t sit peacefully to write daily posts.
I needed/decided to enjoy the view, walk the Strip and relax!
[I don’t regret my decision, either anything that has happened in my life.]
A day like Today, a week ago, I returned from my trip. So, in this post, I want to share with you a journal of my wonderful vacation. 💙🌈
4:30 p.m.: Bye, Caracas.
I arrived in Houston, TX at 8 o’clock after 3º30′ of flight. We spent an hour at a friend’s house and then we all had dinner at Pappasito’s Cantina.
The plane left Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport at 11:40 a.m.
I must confess that my dad, siblings and I made the most of our Day One in Vegas. We walked a lot The Strip. It was one of my favorites surely.

I woke up at 9 a.m., and after 30′ more or less I went to the gym. Day One was certainly full of pleasures: Sushi, Krispy Kreme, Starbucks, Brazilian Churrasquería… I remember it all too well like it was yesterday. 🍩🍣
After having breakfast, we walked South in Las Vegas Strip:
Last but not least, The David Copperfield Show, a successful illusionist, at 7 o’clock in the MGM Grand Hotel.
[I highly recommend watching this performance. It blew my mind. 😵💫]
Also, this happened: 😊
A.k.a Shopping Day: Las Vegas North Premium Outlet, and Fashion Show (Until now, my favorite mall in the world.) 🛍
After our shopping at Fashion Show, my dad and siblings went to the hotel, while I decided to walk around The Strip by my own.
[I really enjoyed that me-time, especially because I could shop and enjoy peacefully Las Vegas by night.]
P.S.: The temperature these three days was between 15º to 9ºC. I simply loved it. 🌬❄️
– Hasta luego, Las Vegas! I’ll be back in two days, ’cause now Cali is waiting for me. 🛩🌴
P.S.: That outfit is my reply to Fashion Bloggers Venezuela monthly challenge.
Check out my Ripped Jeans, and rock out yours.
We left our luggage at Anaheim’s Courtyard by Marriott, and head straight to Disneyland Resort.
First, we visited Downtown Disney and had fried calamari and pizza. 🍕🍤
Right after that, we went to Disneyland.
I must confess that I had a blast at Disneyland. I can easily go every year and never get tired/bored of it. It’s truly my favorite place in the world. 🍭🏰

I woke up around 8:30 a.m., but I was still dreaming about my magical day at Disneyland.
I had a delish plate of Red Velvet pancakes with eggs and sausage at IHOP to start my day properly. 🥞🥓
See ya’ Anaheim, hi La La Land!
We spent almost three hours walking on Hollywood Blvd. ⭐️🚶🏻
After that, we returned to LAX ’cause LAS wanted me back.

Because Vegas never sleeps, we visited The Titanic Exhibition at Luxor Hotel. It was pretty amazing to see personal belongings of the passengers, and parts of the ship that were sunken.
To end the day, we walked to the New York, New York Hotel to ride The Big Apple Coaster. 🎢🗽
I must admit that it’s one of the best roller coasters I’ve ridden in my entire life.
[My brother and I couldn’t ride it before going to Cali due to the cold weather in Las Vegas.]
North Strip, here we go!
My dad wanted to take us to the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop (as seen on History Channel,) and to the Stratosphere Hotel, Casino, and Tower (specifically the tower.)
The Pawn Shop was really cool, despite it seems bigger on TV, and the Stratosphere has the best view in Vegas.
My brother and I rode the X-SCREAM, one of the three thrill rides that the tower has on its 108th floor (Which is the one you see on the right corner of the panoramic.)
To be honest, I’ve never felt such adrenaline and fear in my life until that moment. It was CRAAAAZY. The speed that the ride reaches is out of this world. You feel that you’re going to fall down.
After getting out of it, I took a 10′ break. I loved it, though. 😂😭
We had for lunch In N Out Burger for the first time ever. One word: glorious.
Then we went to The Venetian, ate gelato and shopped a little. I think that it was my favorite hotel.
Walking down the Strip back to our hotel, we saw the Fountains at Bellagio. One word: Flawless.
On this day we did some stuff at the bank about 11 o’clock.
After getting that done, we went to the New York, New York Hotel to eat at Shake Shack. One word: Delicious.
My dad and my sister decided to return to the Marriott, while my brother and I wander around Vegas and made our last-minute shopping. 😛
Good night, Vegas!
I woke up and went to the gym because right after that I was going to eat at MGM Grand’s Buffet. It was really good, specifically the smoked salmon (My favorite.)
Then my squad and I walked around the Strip for the last time and got back to the hotel to grab our stuff and catch our flight to San Francisco.
[I got seriously excited when I saw snow through my window. I mean, when I was in Vegas and California I saw some mountains peaks covered with snow. But I’ve been in the snow before, and I was really happy to see that amount of snow.]
We arrived in SFO at 5:30 p.m. and 45′ later we reached Powell St. and walk around a little (It’s a great shopping location.)
Then we took an Uber to Fisherman’s Wharf and had Fish & Chips for dinner with some of our parents. The fish was so damn healthy. 🐟🍟
Due to the little amount of time, we had to return to SFO to catch our flight to Houston. On our way back, we could see the Golden Gate Bridge.
Simply breathtaking. 🌉
When I landed in Houston, I had a Hot Cocoa at Starbucks that fed my soul and heart incredibly. ☕️
[I won’t ever forget it.]
I left at 11 a.m. and, sadly, I arrived at my homeplace, Caracas, at 2:40 p.m. 💔😭

#MyADVICE — Las Vegas is incredibly dope. I was amazed by every single thing that I saw. If you have the opportunity, YOU MUST GO. It’s impossible to hate this crazy, beautiful and sparkling city. ✨
Although I was there for no more than five hours, San Francisco was so awesome too. It has a really cool vibe on the streets.
I really loved all the places that I visited. By far, the West Coast became one of my favorite locations in the world!
🙂 — I won’t forget anything that happened on this trip. It was one of those remarkable moments in my life that I’ll keep forever in my mind.
I’m very grateful to my dad, a total badass, and a hard worker, for making this trip possible, and also to God, my guide. 🙏🏼☁️
